How to protect yourself online?
Read this information carefully!
Do you protect yourself enough on the Internet? Are you following all the points?

Password is important
Create a complex password: at least 12 characters with letters, numbers and special symbols.
Use a separate password for each website or service.
Don't use the same password for different websites!
Don't share your passwords with anyone!
Don't keep them in the notes on your phone.
Don't save them in your browsers.
Change passwords regularly, at least once in 1-2 months.
If you suspect that your account could be hacked, change your password right away.
It's hard to memorise all your passwords. Use apassword manager to keep them.

Remember, if scammers manage to access youraccount, they will be able to steal all your data.
If you access social networks from someone else's device, don't forget to tap "sign out".

PHONE AND LAPTOP SECURITY
Always update apps & gadgets! Scammers can exploit unpatched vulnerabilities to attack your device.
Don't use public WiFi networks that are free to access.Such networks don't protect your data.
Lock the screen of your devices! Set an extra code on your smartphone to access your SIM card.
Use only the official app stores!
SOCIAL NETWORKS & MESSENGERS
Post as little personal information as possible, and don't share sensitive content!
Don't share expensive purchases!
Never tell people on social media that the whole family is going away (vacation, trip, etc.). Thieves don't sleep!
If you come across a troll online, just ignore and blacklist them. Don't try to argue with them or respond them.
Don't trust new friends you don't knowpersonally, because of anyone can impersonate anyone on the Internet.
PHONE FRAUD & PROTECTION
Be careful when strangers call you, especially from unknown numbers!
Don't share information about money: bank account, winnings, fines or any kind of payment.
Never forward your SMS to anyone! That's not why they were invented!
ONLINE SHOPPING
Don't download music/movies from torrents. This is the easiest way to infect your device with a virus.
Don't enter card information on untrustworthywebsites! Check the correct spelling of the site name and the presence of a lock icon. It means that the website is most likely safe.
Gaming platforms are a scammer's paradise. Keep your eyes open!
